1. When Inputting My Credit Card Information, When Subscribing, Why Does It Say 60 Payments?
We want you to feel completely satisfied with our service, which is why we offer flexible membership options. While each plan, except for One-Time, has a minimum membership period (see our homepage for details), you're not obligated to stay with us beyond that unless you're happy with our service and choose to continue. Cancellation is hassle-free - simply give us a call or send a text, and we'll take care of the rest. You also have the option to login your profile and make updates or cancel service yourself as well.
You may notice that our minimum membership period is set at 60 payments. This decision was made based on the available options provided by our web host, WIX, during the development of our website. We found that the alternative of a 6-month minimum would require customers to re-register every 6 months, which we believe could be inconvenient for both you and us. Moreover, a shorter minimum period might disrupt your service when nearing the renewal date.
We value your convenience and aim to provide a hassle-free experience. Our goal is to give you the freedom to decide whether to continue enjoying our service or to cancel once the minimum membership requirements have been met for your chosen plan. Your satisfaction is our priority.

2. Do I Need To Be Home For The Day Of Bin/Can Cleaning Services?
At Bin-Lovin Clean Bins, we understand the importance of making things as easy as possible for our customers. Once you subscribe and make a payment, consider the rest our job. You don't even need to be home for us to clean your bins/cans. We take care of it on your trash pickup day or the following day, unless we've arranged a special scheduling.
As long as your bins/cans are accessible – whether on the curb or in a reachable spot like your driveway or the side of your house – we'll handle the cleaning on your agreed-upon scheduled day. After cleaning, we'll put them back in the same location. And to provide peace of mind, we'll send you a text message with before and after pictures of your bins/cans as confirmation once the cleaning is completed

3. Does Your Service Clean Trash Bin/Can Only? What About Green Waste and Recycle Bins/Cans?
At Bin-Lovin Clean Bins, we're committed to ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of your residential property by offering comprehensive bin/can cleaning services. We clean all available bins/cans, regardless of size, including Trash, Recycle, and Green Waste Bins/Cans.
We highly recommend cleaning all three bins/cans whenever possible to address the buildup of bacteria, viruses, and germs over time. While some bins/cans may accumulate more buildup than others, it's best to have them all cleaned to maintain a healthy environment. To encourage thorough cleaning, we offer discounts on second and third bin/can cleaning for our customers. The more bins/cans you order for cleaning, the better deal you'll receive.
Cleaning only one bin/can can allow flies and other pests to transfer from the cleaned bin/can to the dirty one, or vice versa. For optimal results, we recommend coordinating with us to clean all three bins/cans. However, we understand that scheduling may depend on your location and Waste Management pick-up schedule. Rest assured, we'll work with you to find the most convenient solution for your needs

4. I Have Just Subscribed And Place My Order, How Soon Will I Get My Bins/Cans Cleaned?
Our scheduling process is tailored to accommodate your needs and optimize the effectiveness of our cleaning services. The timing of your bin/can cleaning is influenced by both the day you place your order and your County/City Waste Management scheduled day of the week trash pickup.
To ensure the best results, we prefer your bins/cans to be empty before cleaning. Therefore, we typically schedule your cleaning for the same day or the day after your trash pickup. In some cases, we may arrive a couple of days after your trash pickup to collect your trash and clean your bins/cans. However, please note that our truck has limited space, so this option is subject to availability and our current schedule.
We understand the importance of prompt service, and we strive to accommodate your needs as efficiently as possible. Depending on our booking schedule for the upcoming days of the week, we'll work with you to find a suitable day and time for your cleaning. Rest assured, we'll communicate with you to coordinate and finalize the details for your convenience

6. How Do I Start Or Book For Bin/Can Cleaning Service?
After browsing our website and selecting the plan that best suits your needs from our 'Plans & Pricing' page, simply click on the 'Select' button for your chosen plan. This will guide you through a three-step process:

Step 1: Create a username, which can be your email address, along with a simple password.
Step 2: Input your contact information.
Step 3: Provide your payment details.

Once you've completed all three steps, WIX, our website host, will notify us of your subscription and order for cleaning. We'll then reach out to you via call or text to schedule your first cleaning appointment. If you've signed up for recurring cleaning, we'll also coordinate future cleanings based on your preferences.
